Return Policy

At Unacceptable Wear, each piece is made with care. Because our products are made in small batches and often sold as pre-orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to size, fit, or preference. Please read the full policy below before placing your order.

1.  Defective Items

If you receive a defective, or incorrect item, we will work with you to replace it.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • You must send clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  • Our team will review your request and confirm if it is eligible.

Once your claim is approved, we will send a replacement at no extra cost. We do not issue refunds for damaged items—replacements only.

2. Return Shipping Responsibility

If your return is approved (only for damaged or incorrect items), you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.

3. No Returns or Refunds for the Following

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Colour variation from screen to print

  • Pre-order delays

  • Items washed, worn, or used

  • Sale items or limited drops

Please check your size carefully before ordering.

4. Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are made specifically for you.
For this reason:

  • All pre-order sales are final

  • No cancellations or changes once the order is placed

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary

We will notify you if any major delays occur.

5. Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. This includes pre-orders, custom designs, and limited drops.

6. Shipping Issues (Lost, Stolen, Delayed)

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked “delivered” but not received

  • Shipping delays

  • Stolen packages

  • Incorrect shipping address entered by customer

Please contact the carrier directly for delivery-related concerns.

7. How to Start a Damage Claim

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

Our team will get back to you within 5-7 business days.
